Group Classes:

Fit to Run Class: All levels are catered for and you can go at your own pace. A variety of running training methods is used to ensure you get the best results possible.  Running is a great activity for toning up thighs, calves and butts. It also burns a lot of calories in a short period of time so it is also ideal for weight loss and overall conditioning. This class will be held regardless of the weather. In wet weather we will use car parks and studio as an alternative.

XTREME BOOTCAMP Class: Train like an athlete and look like an athlete. This will be a cross training class that will be using Ropes, Medi.Balls, Boxing, Ladders, Bags, and Bodyweight Conditioning. Huge range of drills and movements to build on strength, power, endurance, balance and core strength. Not suitable for beginners. Recommended to have 6 weeks  XPRESS training under your belt before doing XTREME BOOTCAMP Class. (Held outdoors during warmer months)

Punchfit® Boxing: These boxing classes are demanding and enjoyable. Trainers have been certified and trained by Punchfit® which are Australia’s leading provider of professional and authentic educational boxing and kickboxing courses. Punchfit® is used by the Australian Wallabies, members of the Australian Department of Defence and Federal Police, as well as 28,000 students and 1000’s of personal trainers. Boxing increases self confidence, improves speed, coordination, reflexes and muscular endurance. Being such a high intensive workout it also burns heaps of calories. It is a total body workout that involves a lot of major muscle groups. All fitness levels are catered for. Correct equipment is necessary.

Mums and Babes - Fat Burner Class (females only class): After having a baby most mums usually put on a little extra weight and need to improve their core strength to prevent lower back fatigue and injury. This class is perfect for busy mums that don’t have hours to spend at the gym each week to get results. Your female trainer will provide advice on calorie intake and provide you with support and encouragement during the class. You will focus on cardio activities that tone “flabby tummies” and static movements that improve core strength. This is also a great social class as you will meet other mums and babes - and your little one stays close by.

XPRESS Spin Bikes and Cardio Combo: Cycling is perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness without any impact on the body. These classes will use a combination of indoor cycle workouts with other in-studio cardio activities. Tone your butt, quads, thighs and calves whilst increasing your overall fitness. As cycling also works a lot of big muscle groups it is a fantastic way to strip excess fat off unwanted areas. Beginners through to advanced cyclists are welcome. Experienced cyclists are encouraged to bring their own bike and own indoor trainer..

XPRESS “Kids Fit” Class: A fun class especially designed for children aged between 7and 13yrs. Non competitive activities that will teach confidence, self control, discipline and focus in a fun, safe and fully supervised environment. All levels are catered for. Each class is part of an 8 x week program that costs $112 for 2 x sessions per week with a personal trainer in small groups. A one-off $45 start fee is essential to cover correct “kids” punch gloves that they get to keep.

PT and/or STRIVE Stations: PT (short for Personal Training) is available to all current clients and new clients alike. These sessions have been designated for allocated “one on one” or “one on two” personal training with our certified and experienced trainers. STRIVE Stations implies that the studio will be available for you to complete your own designated STRIVE SMART STRENGTH resistance workout. See your trainer for your specific STRIVE SMART STRENGTH workout paces/weights and objectives.

Our Personal Training Clients get full studio access each week, weekly or bi-weekly personal training sessions, coaching and food management advice, monthly presentations on diet/health/fitness, weekly programs, ongoing assessments, plus you get your very own "allocated" personal trainer.- We start early and finish late. Lunch time/before work/after work. Suitable for couples, work-mates,friends and family members who want to have fun working out together.

We run up to 14 x group classes per week that our personal training clients can attend. See your trainer for times and days. These can be a combination of Beach Bootcamps, Road Run class, Punchfit boxing and Punchfit kickboxing sessions, cardio sessions, Medi-ball and Fitball Classes, core body strength conditioning, gym-stick workouts and stretching routines.

Studio opening hours are 6am-11am Mon to Thurs. 6am-10am Fri & Sat. 1pm-730pm Mon, Wed, Fri (close 630pm Fri) and 330pm-730pm Tues and Thurs afternoons. (outdoor training also available throughout the summer months)


Personal Training:

In the Personal Training sessions we help you set up your weekly activity schedule, complete a dietary needs assessment or provide more individualised coaching and training. Personal Training times need to be booked during operating hours. Call for more information. Personal Training Sessions are booked at a time that is easy for you to attend and can be either inside stuiod opening hours or outside studio opening hours. Some Personal Training clients get the whole studio to themselves when they book during our quiet times!


Combo Pilates & Flexibility Classes:

Our Studio has times available for people who prefer to attend our additional Pilates & Flexibility Classes. Pilates and stretching movements are a great way to lengthen and strengthen the muscles in your body through a series of gentle movements. You'll get stronger and learn to breathe better. We combine these movements with some serious stretching routines to increase your flexibility for stress relief and injury prevention. These sessions are beneficial for everyone.
